Given the price of some Dubai properties, it would be be reasonable to expect potential buyers to already drive a luxury motor.
But Damac Properties has rekindkled its free-car promotion during Ramadan, with buyers presented with a set of wheels from a selection including a BMW 520i and 320i when a particular property is purchased.
“Damac Properties has always been known for leading the market with attractive offers on luxury projects at key times of the year,” said Ziad El Chaar, managing director, Damac Properties.
In previous years Damac has lured buyers with luxury cars including the half a million dirham Audi R8 and a Lamborghini.
And Damac says that this year’s offer allows buyers from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar to collect the car in their home country.
“Overseas investors in particular are always looking for that something extra to catch their attention; something special, when investing in Dubai real estate,” said Mr El Chaar.
The promotion extends to the widest selection of units the Dubai developer has ever made available, it said in a statement, with homes ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom and in projects such as the Burj area, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village and Akoya by Damac.
The offer is valid until July 31.
