OPEC leaves output unchanged

OPEC has left its production target unchanged after its first ministerial meeting of the year, surprising no one.

VIENNA // OPEC has left its production target unchanged after its first ministerial meeting of the year, surprising no one. The oil exporters' organisation said it was hoping for a continuation of the relative oil market stability experienced over the past five months, but added that was far from assured.
