Is the Central Bank doing the right thing by providing an emergency credit line?

The Central Bank has set up an emergency Dh50 billion facility to provide liquidity to local lending institutions. Will this stave off a financial crisis here? Is the region's much touted insulation from the global crisis coming to an end?
