Real estate watchers are continuing to digest the Better Homes State of the Market 2009 report released at the end of last week. The latest unpleasant morsel, unearthed by Arabian Business, suggests that buyers have all but completely lost their appetite for Dubai off-plan properties.
"Off-plan sales across the emirate are practically non-existent, and finished product is in demand mostly by end-users," the report states.
That's property speak for buyers wanting the thing that they are buying to actually exist. And in these uncertain times, who can blame them?
