A few weeks back, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency announced it would begin monitoring every single off-plan property development in Dubai. True to their word, they have started making the reports available. They have done a few pages so far and the reports are very good. This will make a big difference to investors. It will also bring some much needed transparency to the market.
