Qais Sedki wants to break the Guinness World Record and he needs your help.
The Emirati author wants to set a new record of the biggest number of book signed in a single session with his anticipated second graphic novel Golden Ring 2.
Currently, the record stands at 1,951 books.
Sedki's attempt will take tomorrow at Kinokuniya bookstore in the Dubai Mall starting at 3.00pm.
Meanwhile make sure to check out tonight's screen of Wham! Bam! Islam! at the Traffic Gallery (179 Umm Suqeim Rd) from 7pm. The documentary tells the story of Dr Naif Al Mutawa and his quest to create the first Muslim superhero comic series The 99.
Dr Al Mutawa will then be available for a question and answer session following the screening, where he will shed further light on the progress of the series.
