Harrison Ford was quizzed on his string of iconic roles at Comic-Con last Thursday. The 71-year-old actor was at the American entertainment gathering promoting his latest film Ender's Game.
Instead of the sci-film, however, fans were more interested on his take on former roles including Star Wars' Hans Solo and Indiana Jones.
“You know, you and I have a lot in common,” he told the crowd.
“I used to dream about being Indiana Jones when I was younger. Not so much anymore."
Ford, who plays Col. Hyrum Graff in Ender's Game, also stated he wouldn't enlist Solo in his army.
"I don’t think Han Solo would be good as a soldier in anybody’s army. I think he’s what we call now an independent contractor.”
Based on the sci-fi novel by Orson Scott Card, the film adaptation follows the tale of a young child sent to military school to prepare for an upcoming alien invasion.
Directed by Gavin Hood, the film also stars Asa Butterfield, Ben Kingsley and Viola Davis.
Ender’s Game hits American screens on November 1.
