Head along to the recently refurbished Cirque le Soir this Thursday and be mesmerised by the guest host, the Guinness Record holder Rolf Buchholz. With more than 453 piercings, Buchholz, from Dortmund in Germany, holds the record for being the most pierced man in the world. In addition to the piercings, Buchholz has also had horns implanted into his head and magnets inserted into his fingertips.

On Monday, Cirque's hip-hop night will see DJ Entice spinning the tunes. Known for being the first official NFL team DJ, the French-Brazilian Entice has appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Jimmy Kimmel and Conan O'Brien, among other shows. Cirque le Soir, Fairmont Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10.30pm to 3am.
