Actor Vin Diesel has announced the dates for the final trilogy of Fast and the Furious films he promised last year. Posting on his Instagram account, the actor revealed that episode 9 will release on April 19, 2019 and episode 10 on April 2, 2020. The two join the already announced episode 8, which is scheduled for an April 14, 2017, with Straight Outta Compton director F. Gary Gray at the helm.
While episode 10 will complete the F&F series proper, Diesel already revealed late last year that the team behind the movies are also working on a number of spin-off and origins style movies in the manner of the Star Wars or Marvel extended universes.
