The Crown is a four-level penthouse in the upcoming 60-storey Porsche Design Tower, the tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami.
The first building in the world to incorporate three patented Dezervators – drive-in car lifts – has already sold the majority of its 132 apartments, including 22 to bona fide billionaires. Porsche Design Tower’s penthouse, The Crown, is still on the market for US$32.5 million (Dh119.3m), though.
The 20,000-square-foot sky home, located on floors 56 to 59, lends new meaning to the concept of a luxury condo. The owner can transport his cars, all 11 of them, via all-glass lifts that travel at 600 feet per minute to a private in-house garage.
With four suites, two dens, two swimming pools, including one on the rooftop, seven bathrooms, indoor and outdoor Poggenpohl kitchens, a dining area and a private lift (for people), the penthouse is the crowning glory of an already ambitious project.
The entrance to Porsche Design Tower, which will be completed this month, is through a lobby that features a three-level glass-enclosed car observatory. The next few levels include a sports bar with multiple big screens; an ocean-fronted pool and tanning deck; a games room with a billiard table, virtual-golf and virtual-racing simulators; and a cinema with stadium seats, surround sound and a popcorn bar.
A state-of-the-art spa and salon, a private restaurant and lounge bar, a gym overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and a dedicated luxury-car concierge are some of the other amenities available to residents.
Should you still feel the need to step out of the Crown’s cocoon, the white-sand beaches and pulsating nightlife of Miami are right below your 20-foot floor-to-ceiling hurricane-resistant windows.
The five remaining apartments in the Porsche Design Tower, including The Crown, are listed through Spiers Realty. More information at Top10RealEstateDeals.com.
