Pros The apartment has a good-sized balcony and is on a high- enough floor that you get good views of Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. Communal facilities include a fully equipped gym, swimming pool and games room.

Cons It's a little on the small side, but more than sufficient for young professionals living on their own.

They say You are never far from the centre of the action when you live in Downtown.
