Chamber music enthusiasts best mark the period from September through to December in their diaries, with Dubai Opera announcing it will host a series of performances featuring some of the world's finest artists.
The Music in the Studio programme is being curated by internationally renowned pianist, Amira Fouad.
The concert series starts on September 13 with a performance by Russian pianist Alexander Ghindin, the winner of the Tchaikovsky Piano Competition.
On October 4 the audience will be entertained by cellist Guy Johnston and Fouad, with music including that of Beethoven, Faure and Rachmaninoff.
Violinist Tasmin Little and pianist Piers Lane will take the stage on November 22, with the series winding up on December 13 with a performance by soprano Rhian Lois accompanied once again by Fouad.
With Dubai Opera's new season set to kick off on September 7, chief executive Jasper Hope is pleased to host a musical offering of this calibre in the emirate.
"Chamber Music in the intimate setting of Dubai Opera's Studio is a wonderful new experience for audiences in Dubai to enjoy and I'm delighted to be able to announce another strand of our innovative programming," Hope says.
Tickets for the Music in the Studio performances go on sale on Monday, August 21 at midday. Individual tickets cost Dh150, while a special season pass to all four performances can be purchased for Dh450.
