The 27th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards took place on Sunday, honouring the best in film and television. The pre-recorded event, which was broadcast in a one-hour telecast, was a mostly muted affair that many stars Zoomed in for.
For the first time, actors of colour swept the film acting categories as the late Chadwick Boseman, Viola Davis, Yuh-jung Youn and Daniel Kaluuya picked up individual acting awards.
Netflix's The Trial of the Chicago 7 won the top honour in film, while Schitt's Creek and The Crown were the big winners in television.
