Salman Khan's highly anticipated Bharat held its premiere in Mumbai on Tuesday night. Just like any other big film release, the grand premiere brought out some of Bollywood's biggest stars including Disha Patani, Tiger Shroff, Sunil Grover and more.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zaraf, Bharat stars Khan as the main character. The film follows his character through 1947 to 2010 and witnesses his life through different ages, leading to the Gulf oil boom of the 1970s, which brings his character to the UAE. Part of the movie was shot in Abu Dhabi around the Liwa desert, Al Wathba, and Al Ain.
The movie will reportedly release in 70 countries and more than 1,300 screens including in 121 locations in the Gulf region. It is also the biggest Bollywood release in the UAE. The film is an adaptation of the 2014 Korean Film Ode to My Father. Bharat is in theatres now.
