Three restaurants cater Dar Al Ber's meals during Ramadan, including Seventy Seven Food Stuff Catering in Sharjah
With a high volume of orders, staff work in teams cooking large batches that they split into individual meals
Each meal contains laban, dates, fruits, water and masala chicken biryani served warm
Meals are transported by lorry to several sites to be served

Staff are tasked at each location to distribute the meals
Volunteers check meals to ensure that they are the correct weight and quality as stated by the catering company

Meals consist of masala chicken biryani, water, fruit, dates and laban
The meals are placed first, after which worshippers file in to take their places for iftar
They wait for the remaining daylight to fade until the magrib prayer, which denotes the end of the day's fast
