  • A train runs through Jajjhar Khad area during a trial run of Udhampur-Katra train. More than 10 million devotees pay obeisance every year at the shrine. Currently it is only linked by roadways. With the inauguration of Udhampur-Katra rail link, pilgrims will be able to travel directly to Katra giving a boost to local economy and providing comfortable transport facility to visiting pilgrims.
