Reality TV star-turned-designer Nicole Richie will bring her fashion label House of Harlow 1960 to Dubai this month. The fashionista will fly to the emirate to debut her brand in a pop-up shop at The Beach along Jumeirah Beach Residence in celebration of the 20th edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival. Richie’s outlet will run from January 20 to February 1 and mark the close of the month long shopping extravaganza.
The straight-talking 33-year-old, known for her luxe-boho style, launched her label in 2009 and her range of jewellery, ready-to-wear, footwear, sunglasses and fragrances can be viewed and bought online here.
Of her style venture, Richie said: “Fashion gives you the ability to express yourself, your mood; it’s a creative outlet in many ways.”
On January 30 Richie will host an interactive styling session – which is open to the public – at her pop-up shop, followed by a meet-and-greet session with fans. The following day she will host a high tea reception and another styling session at The Dubai Mall, more details about which can be found here.
