Keeping in spirit with the Holy month of Ramadan, Namshi.com has joined forces with the Emirates Red Crescent in an effort to donate 5,800 items to a Syrian refugee camp in Jordan.
As part of the cooperation, the online fashion retailer will send comfortable clothing and footwear for the men, women and children currently residing in the camp.
“We’re looking forward to partnering with a charity that holds a special place in the hearts of the local community,” says Hosam Arab, managing director and co-founder of Namshi.com. “The team are all very proud to be part of this UAE initiative as we give back to our neighbours in Jordan through providing clothing to those in need.”
