Traditional thinking would have it that a football photo should have a ball in the frame.
However, while at a recent AFC Champions League match, staff photographer Christopher Pike captured this study of symmetry in which the body language of the players tells a full story and the focus of their eyes tells the viewer where the ball is, who is defending and who is chasing.
