Tired of run-of-the-mill, unremarkable belts? A new Dubai-based company has the answer.
The recently opened B&B Buckles&Belts in Mercato Mall offers a collection of over 170 buckles and 80 belts, allowing customers to mix and match to create their own personalised creations. There’s a choice of special, classic, dress, suit, handmade and exclusive buckles and belts for every occasion, and customers can watch their “made-to-measure” belt being crafted as they wait.
A double fastening system, which was invented by the young Swiss brand, makes it possible to create fitted belts with interchangeable buckles. The brand’s Autumn/Winter 2014 collection is now in store, with prices starting at Dh380.
“Dubai has grown into an amazing fashion hub and our Middle East business partner MnM Trade were keen to introduce the unique concept that B&B Buckles&Belts offers, to fill the gap in a market where we see tremendous opportunities to take our brand forward by offering tailor-made belts not only in the Middle East, but evaluate business expansion plans across Asia. Our brand has been making remarkable strides in Europe and Russia with more than 14 stores,” says Daniel Oberbeck of B&B Buckles&Belts.
