The Rio Carnival has been called the world's ultimate celebration and attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors and viewers from all over the world. Samba, a dance invented by Afro-Brazilians, is the essence of the carnival and people from all over the city work hard all year perfecting their floats, costumes and amazing routines.
