DUBAI // Humid conditions will continue over the next two days with reduced visibility predicted on Friday due to strong winds blowing sand and dust across open areas.
The humidity will increase at night and during the early hours, according to the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology.
Cloudy weather was forecast for Thursday with a drop in temperature likely on Friday accompanied by strong winds, the centre said.
The sea will continue to be rough in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea through the afternoon hours and at night.
The maximum humidity levels will range between 80 to 90 per cent across coastal regions, between 85 to 95 per cent in internal areas and 50 to 70 per cent in the mountains.
Temperatures will vary from 18°C to 30°C along the coast, 17°C to 34°C in the internal regions and 12°C to 23°C in the mountains.
The country’s lowest temperature of 12.7°C was recorded in the Hamim area early on Wednesday.
