Fair weather is expected for the UAE on Tuesday, with a further slight increase in temperatures, meteorologists say.
Temperatures may reach a high of 46ºC in inner parts of the country, while in coastal and mountainous areas, the mercury may rise to 42ºC and 36ºC, respectively.
The relative humidity will increase on Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning, reaching up to 90 per cent around coastal areas, 85 per cent in interior areas and 70 per cent around mountainous parts of the country.
There will be light to moderate wind, with a maximum speed of 36 kph from southeast to southwest, and changing to the direction of northwest in the afternoon. Seas will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.

Also on December 7 to 9, the third edition of the Gulf Car Festival (www.gulfcarfestival.com) will take over Dubai Festival City Mall, a new venue for the event. Last year's festival brought together about 900 cars worth more than Dh300 million from across the Emirates and wider Gulf region – and that first figure is set to swell by several hundred this time around, with between 1,000 and 1,200 cars expected.
