UMM AL QUWAIN // A 28-year Indonesian maid has died after falling from a ninth floor apartment in Umm Al Quwain.
Major Saif Salem, head of Al Salama Police Station in Umm Al Quwain, said officers were notified of the incident at 2pm yesterday.
Paramedics and police were sent to the scene immediately. The cause of the fall is under investigation but is not believed to be suspicious.
