New roads in Al Warqaa that link residential communities to motorways have been completed, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority said on Sunday.
The project included the construction of 125km of new roads, widening 36km of existing roads at Al Warqaa and fitting these roads with lighting and parallel parking slots.
The work included opening internal roads between Tripoli Road in the north, Al Awir Road in the south, Academic City Road in the east and Mohammed bin Zayed Road in the west.
