A motorist who drove in an illegally modified car with no licence plates has been arrested.
Dubai Police followed the man as he drove recklessly on the Dubai-Al Ain Road in the middle of the night.
The motorist was arrested after trying to flee and his car was impounded, said Col Saif Al Mazrouei, head of Dubai Traffic Police.
