A training programme on cyber bullying for social workers and educators will be held by the UAE Computer Emergency Response Team, a subsidiary of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
The training will address internet behaviour, threats to children and adolescents, steps to prevent internet threats and the creation of a policy against cyber bullying in schools, at home and in the community.
The first phase was held at the University of Sharjah this week, covering 110 specialists working in schools in Dubai and the northern emirates.
