ABU DHABI // Holiday travel plans for thousands of UAE residents have been thrown into chaos after the British Airways cabin crew voted for 12 days of industrial action over the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Passengers who had booked flights between December 22 to January 2 were yesterday trying to obtain more information or change their travel plans.
