Sharjah cab driver returns Dh100,000 left in car

SHARJAH // Sharjah taxi driver Mobein Alhaq Halim has been praised for handing police more than Dh100,000 left in his cab. The taxi driver is a “great example”, said a senior police officer who on Wednesday thanked Mr Halim. “Everyone should report any found items to the police,” said Brig Mohammed Eid Al Madhloom, director general of operations at Sharjah Police. “The police will make sure it is returned to its rightful owner.”
