UAE Ministry of Health staff honoured for long service

Five employees from across the country have been presented with custom-made tokens of recognition for 35 years of service to the MoHP.

Long service at the Ministry of Health and Prevention has been recognised in a bid to inspire a new generation of health professionals.

Five employees from across the country have been presented with custom-made tokens of recognition for 35 years of service to the MoHP.

Each token was personally signed by health minister Abdulrahman Al Owais and presented at a ceremony hosted by Dr Mohammad Al Olama, undersecretary of the ministry.

At the presentation, Mr Al Owais said: “We are proud of your long and dedicated service to the ministry, which is similar to that of the unknown soldiers in the march towards excellence.

“You are role models for the new generation employees. We commend you for your exemplary service, it reflects our conviction that human resource is the real capital to be invested in.”

Those recognised worked at Dubai Medical District – School of Health, Fujairah Medical Zone – Dibba Hospital, Sharjah Medical Zone – Kalba Hospital, Al Baraha Hospital - and Ajman Medical Zone Compound.
