ABU DHABI // National Ambulance has released two videos to teach the public the most effective ways to use emergency services.
Called ‘Be Prepared’, the latest in a series of videos from the ‘Ready and Responsible’ campaign illustrates five steps people should take during emergencies.
The first stresses the importance of giving way to ambulances while driving while the second focuses on the use of the 998 ambulance number.
They will be shown at Vox Cinemas in Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman this month.
“Our call to the community to be prepared remains,” said National Ambulance deputy chief executive Ahmed Al Hajeri. “We will continue the conversation to ensure people are aware and prepared to act in times of emergencies. National Ambulance is committed to the community in the Northern regions and is working in harmony in response to emergency situations.”
