Ambulatory Healthcare Services expands services at Khalifa City A

ABU DHABI // Ambulatory Healthcare Services has expanded the services offered at its Khalifa City A centre.

The centre will offer more services in ophthalmology, gynaecology, mother and child health, and dermatology, the organisation said on Monday.

The centre receives the second highest number of patients in Abu Dhabi, with 550 to 700 patients daily.

The mother and child health department extended its hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, open from 7am to 7pm rather than 3pm.

The ophthalmology department now offers laser services, while the dermatology department now has a dedicated specialist, rather than a visiting physician.

The centre also has a new 4-D ultrasound machine, which is expected to allow for more accurate diagnoses.
