ABU DHABI // The UAE and Costa Rica have amended rules related to a mutual visa waiver agreement.

The agreement was signed today by Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Manuel Gonzalez Sanz, Costa Rica’s minister of foreign affairs.
