Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid chaired what he described as an annual “brainstorming” session on Saturday.

The Vice President and Ruler of Dubai held the meeting together with Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, the Crown Prince of Dubai.

Senior officials discussed numerous new ideas aimed at enhancing the work of the government.

In a tweet, Sheikh Rashid said his team were keen to incorporate the ideas and innovations of young people into the nation’s development goals.

“I chaired a brainstorming session with my team,” he wrote. “The coming phase needs exceptional ideas and we trust our youth.

“We look forward to bringing new ideas, energies and capabilities to our government work."
