ABU DHABI // Emirates Red Crescent has launched the second phase of a campaign to assist refugees affected by ongoing winter storms in Lebanon.

The latest phase of the Tarahamu campaign aims to reach 16,000 displaced Syrian and Palestinian families, in addition to 1,000 Iraqi families that have recently fled to Lebanon.
