Hazy and cloudy conditions will continue over the next two days, with cloud cover increasing in eastern and southern areas.
Forecasters said there will be chances of rainfall.
Light and moderate winds will be freshening at times, but could blow dust and sand over exposed areas, the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology said on Tuesday.
Temperatures across the country will continue to be "hot to very hot", with highs ranging 43°C to 49°C in interior areas, 41°C to 47°C in coastal areas, and between 31°C and 39°C in the mountains.
Humidity levels are to increase at night and in the morning over the coastal areas with the maximum humidity in the coast forecast to touch highs of 90 per cent.
Sea will be slight to moderate in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
