Temperatures are due to peak at 39°C shortly after midday, accompanied by breezes of up to 20kph.
The forecast for Abu Dhabi promises a similar day of dusty skies and light breezes.
Temperatures are predicted to be slightly hotter, reaching 41°C in the afternoon, with stronger winds of around 23kph.
The National Centre of Meteorology is predicting fair conditions for the UAE in general, but said winds could pick up some dust during the daytime.
Night time temperatures could drop to around 30°C in Dubai and Abu Dhabi over the course of Wednesday night and the early hours of Saturday morning.
