3,500 teachers learn the smart way

Educators at federal schools are being taught how to use online tools to improve teaching methods as part of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Smart Learning programme

DUBAI // More than 3,500 teachers have been trained in new technology in schools across the country.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Smart Learning programme focuses on federal schools and, in particular, the integration of technology to improve teaching and learning.

This year the programme handed out tablets and laptops to teachers in grades 7 to 9.

They were taught how to use smart boards as well as online tools to maximise the benefit to their pupils.
