Jamie is a British journalist and has been a correspondent at the Beirut bureau since March 2022, where he covers Lebanese affairs and the wider region. Before that he was a reporter at the London bureau for nearly four years. Before joining The National he worked for the Libya Herald and covered the country for outlets including The Times.
