The National's Sport cover for the Tuesday, March 10 issue, featuring Bangladesh defeating – and eliminating – England at the 2015 Cricket World Cup.

Bangladesh’s victory upset the assumed order at the World Cup, where the top eight Test nations were expected to easily move into the quarter-finals.

"It was pretty poor, to be knocked out of the World Cup is unbelievably disappointing," said England captain Eoin Morgan.

Bangladesh were carried by batsman Mahmudullah, who struck for 103, and bowler Rubel Hossain, whose four wickets included the final two as England’s threat to catch Bangladesh came to an abrupt end.

“We are really impressed by the attitude of our boys. All the boys chipped in,” said Mahmudullah.
