American golfer Phil Mickelson adorns The National Sport front page on Thursday, June 18 as he begins his quest to win the US Open and complete a career Grand Slam.
Mickelson, a five-time major winner, is yet to win the US Open having finished as a runner-up on six occasions. Should he win the tournament this week at Chambers Bay, Mickelson will become just the sixth golfer in history to win all four majors.
