Should the Pro league combat the sack race?

Toni Oliveira became the 12th Pro league coach to lose his job this season when he was sacked by Sharjah on Tuesday night. Should the Pro league install a ruling to prevent teams from hiring and firing coaches at such a rapid rate? Have your say.
