Donald Trump’s new golf course in the UAE, Trump International Golf Club Dubai, is set to be inaugurated by the US President’s sons on Saturday.

“Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of the iconic golfing destination Trump International Golf Club Dubai,” read the invitation from DAMAC Properties.

The invitation card, embossed in gold and sealed in a golf course print envelope, specified the dress code as either business attire or national dress.

Donald Trump Jr and Eric Trump are to attend.

Trump International Golf Club Dubai boasts an 18-hole championship course designed by Gil Hanse, who designed the The Olympic Golf Course in Rio de Janeiro for the 2016 Olympic Games.

There is also a nine-hole par-3 Academy course, putting, chipping and practice facility as well as a floodlit driving range.

DP World Tour Championship winner Matthew Fitzpatrick and fellow European Tour players Thomas Pieters, Tyrrell Hatton, David Horsey and Ian Poulter are among the players to have already tested out Dubai’s latest golf course, while cricketer and avid golfer Kevin Pietersen described the facilitiy as “beautiful” after he played a round.

Trump International Golf Club Dubai will soon be followed by a second golf project, Trump World Golf Dubai, which will be designed by golf superstar Tiger Woods. No dates have been given for its expected completion yet.
