Jurgen Klopp looked sapped of energy as an embattled Liverpool trained for their Champions League clash against RB Leipzig.
But the manager insisted he still has the spark to turn around the English champions' season after three consecutive defeats ended the Reds' realistic chances of defending their Premier League title.
Klopp's men turn their attention to the Champions League on Tuesday when they face Leipzig in the first leg of their last 16 tie.
There was speculation after Liverpool's 3-1 defeat to Leicester that Klopp could walk away. It also has been a difficult time for Klopp personally with his mother, Elisabeth, dying last month after contracting Covid-19. Klopp was unable to attend the funeral because of travel restrictions.
But the German said he has enough resilience to get the job done.
"I might not look like this, my beard gets more and more grey, but I am full of energy," Klopp said.
"The situation is a challenge, an interesting challenge. We will sort it. We will sort it by playing football, by being even more together, by learning more than you can learn in each season we played before."
Klopp said midfielder Naby Keita had returned to training after shaking off an ankle injury but would not travel with the team to Hungary.
