Why? This will likely be a tense affair. Both sides have had good seasons and this is their last chance at rewarding their campaigns with silverware. Jose Mourino's men have had the edge on Tottenham in tight clashes before, winning 1-0 at home the past two seasons, and this could be a repeat as they bid to win the tournament for a second time in three years.
Chelsea 3 Southampton 1
Sunday, 6pm
Why? It took a late capitulation from Southampton last weekend for Chelsea to win 3-2 when the sides met in the Premier League. Antonio Conte's men are unlikely to make the same mistakes again and Eden Hazard and the rest of the London side's forward line should have too much for the Saints.

West Bromwich Albion 0 Liverpool 3

Why? This should be the end of the line for West Brom as relegation should be sealed this afternoon. Even if they have one eye on the Uefa Champions League semi-final with Roma this should be a case of Liverpool, thanks to the excellent Mohamed Salah, being far too good for their lowly opponents.
Watford 0 Crystal Palace 2
Saturday, 6pm
Why? Palace are finishing the season on a high and should seal survival comfortably for another season. With Wilfired Zaha in terrific form, he should enjoy himself against Watford's creaking defence. Watford have not won in five games and that run should go on here.
Arsenal 1 West Ham United 1
Sunday, 4.30pm
Why? With only a slim mathematical chance of finishing in the top four, Arsenal's understandable focus is now on the Europa League. With Arsene Wenger likely to rest players, West Ham are capable of taking a point.
Stoke City 0 Burnley 2
Sunday, 4.30pm
Why? You fear that Stoke's last chance of staying up went with the late equaliser they conceded against West Ham on Monday night. Burnley are on terrific form, though a run of five wins on the trot ended against Chelsea on Thursday. But they should maintain their winning run here.
Manchester City 4 Swansea City 0
Sunday, 7.30pm
Why? They are already crowned champions but there are still milestones such as being the first side to 100 points to be achieved by Pep Guardiola's men. Sergio Aguero may be out or the rest of the season, but Gabriel Jesus will carry more than enough threat to bother Swansea's defence.
Everton 1 Newcastle United 1
Monday, 11pm
Why? A mid-table clash with both sides already secured of another season of Premier League football. Underfire Sam Allardyce could do with a win for his Everton side, but Newcastle are hard to beat and this should be a stalemate.
