Explosive events all around

What caught the attention of Twitter users last week? Yes, you guessed it – it was all about Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and the second round of the debate between American presidential candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Somehow, Twitter users found a connection between the two.

Well, the Note 7 is a perfect metaphor for this election, as one user put it. Others went a step further by comparing Mr Trump with the Samsung device, calling him “America’s living Galaxy Note 7”.

Funny comments were made about Mr Trump’s explosive remarks during the debate this week and how it would have been appropriate had Samsung sponsored the event.

Many users also expressed frustration with Samsung’s shoddy handling of the Note 7 issue, urging the company to “kill” the device before it kills someone.

One user posted photographs of four well-known media personalities who seemed to be laughing hysterically.

Commenting on the picture, he wrote that Apple perhaps laughed this way when they heard about the Note 7 fiasco.
