London hotel The Langham debuts Arabic butler service

London hotel The Langham is now offering an Arabic-speaking butler service for guests who book one of its new suites and residences. The team of butlers is led by Fadi Samhoun, a fluent Arabic speaker, originally from Lebanon.

Butlers will assist with everything from unpacking suitcases and colour-coding clothing in wardrobes to personalising pillows and organising bespoke itineraries.

Also included is fare from Selfridges Foodhall. Suites and residences will be stocked with British delicacies such as apple, pear and herb chutney, vanilla caramel fudge and chocolate honeycomb.
