What's the story?

There are few properties in the UAE that look out onto a forest, but that is exactly what this property at The Nest, Al Barari offers.

With floor-to-ceiling windows and a kitchen that opens out onto a generous patio, as well as a private pool, an outdoor shower, barbecue area and landscaped garden, this is a home for people that want to make the most of the outdoors.

A contemporary space with an abundance of light, the downstairs maximises on its size with an open modern kitchen. The villa is one of 55 at The Nest.

The Al Barari location offers plenty of convenience as well as dining options. The Farm is a long-time favourite for people who want to retreat to a quiet out-of-city eatery, and coffee shop Third Wave is to open this month.

Next year, three more eateries will open at Al Barari, Levantine restaurant Mez Me, Asian eatery Commune and Ondas, which will serve Mexican cuisine. There is a Waitrose within the community for groceries, as well as a spa, Heart and Soul, where residents (and visitors) can go to be pampered.

Nearby is relaxed restaurant Lowe Dubai, located at Koa Canvas. The homegrown contemporary concept is part of the Nasab creative community, and is noted for its eco-conscious approach to dining.
