Farzi Cafe, a modern Indian bistro, will open in City Walk Phase 2 on Sheikh Zayed Road next month. The restaurant will serve international food with an Indian and Arabic twist — and will focus on molecular gastronomy. Zorawar Kalra, founder of Massive Restaurants in India, is behind the concept along with Jiggs Kalra, the company's culinary director. Zorawar Kalra says, "The food (at Farzi Cafe) is global in nature but with a unique progressive Indian twist. The food is full of unique flavours, textures and combinations." Farzi Cafe has two locations in India. This is the first international location for the brand. farzicafe.com
