Time to eat at the new InterContinental Dubai Marina

The InterContinental Dubai Marina has officially opened and you know what that means: new restaurants to try in the Marina! The hotel has nine restaurants and bars, some of which won’t open until after the summer. The two notable restaurants that will open by June 1 are Ynot Bar and Kitchen, a tapas and beverage bar on the hotel’s waterfront, and Accents, an international restaurant with an open kitchen bar where guests pick out their own fresh ingredients and watch the chefs prepare dishes on the spot.

Guests will have to wait a bit longer for the hotel’s signature restaurant, Marina Social. Set to open in September, Marina Social will be the first restaurant in the Middle East for British Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton. Last week, Atherton opened his latest restaurant, The Clocktower, in New York Edition hotel in New York City.

Ynot will be open daily from 5pm to 1am and Accents is open from 6:30am to 11pm. For reservations and more information, call 04 446 6777.
